The roles

What we're hiring for

Front of house

Espresso, the register, and the first face anyone sees. Pull shots, take orders, carry plates out, and keep the line moving warmly. Barista, counter and shift-lead work all live here.

Back of house

Soup in the morning, sandwiches built to order, early-morning baking, and the dish pit everything else depends on. No fryer. Cook, prep, baker and utility work all live here.

Not sure which side you belong on? Tick both. Tell us what you've actually done in the experience box and we'll work out the rest when we talk.
